Summary
This study tested whether a chicken extract supplement could improve mental energy, including feelings of fatigue, vigor, and motivation, in healthy adults. Researchers enrolled 189 participants who reported poor sleep quality and randomly assigned them to receive either the supplement or a placebo. The study measured changes in reaction time, attention, mood, and brain activity to see if the extract had any effect.
