Summary
This is an early safety study testing an experimental nasal spray called CHF6467 in 68 healthy adults. Researchers want to see if the spray is safe and how the body processes it, including whether it reaches the fluid around the brain and spinal cord. The study will test single doses and repeated doses over several days to check for side effects.
