Nurses take on chest pain diagnosis in ER trial

Summary
This study tests whether specially trained nurses can diagnose and manage non-traumatic chest pain in the emergency department as effectively as doctors. About 182 adults with chest pain will be randomly assigned to either a nurse-led or standard doctor-led care. The goal is to see if nurses can provide faster, guideline-based care without missing serious conditions.
