Searching for a hidden heart culprit behind unexplained chest pain
NCT ID NCT07435168
Summary
This study aims to find out how common a specific heart condition called cardiac amyloidosis is in men over 65 who have chest pain but no signs of blocked heart arteries. Researchers will examine 300 participants using blood tests, heart scans, and imaging to look for this hidden condition. The goal is to better understand who might have it so doctors can look for it more often.
