Summary
This study checks how common a hidden heart condition called cardiac amyloidosis is in men over 65 who have chest pain but no blocked arteries. Participants will have blood tests, heart scans, and other exams to find the condition. No treatment is given—the goal is to learn how often this disease is missed.
