Summary

This study looks at whether special chest exercises can improve lung function and exercise ability in university students who smoke. Thirty smokers aged 18-24 will be split into two groups: one doing chest PNF techniques and the other doing chest mobility exercises. Researchers will measure breathing, chest expansion, and fitness levels to see which approach works better.
