Summary
This study tests a program to help doctors at community health centers prescribe a recommended asthma treatment called SMART (Single Maintenance and Reliever Therapy). The program includes training, feedback, and educational tools for both doctors and patients. Researchers will track whether this approach increases SMART prescriptions and reduces asthma attacks in 2,000 adults with moderate to severe asthma.
