Summary
This study aims to find the genes and DNA changes that cause cherubism, a rare condition that affects the jaw bones. Researchers will study blood and tissue samples from up to 600 people, including patients and their family members. The long-term goal is to understand the disease better and find ways to slow down bone loss.
