NCT ID NCT01440465

Summary

This study aimed to understand why some cancer patients still experience nausea and vomiting during their first chemotherapy treatment, even when they receive standard anti-nausea medications. Researchers followed 300 adults who were starting their first chemotherapy for various cancers. The study collected information about when and how severely patients experienced these side effects to help improve future treatments.
