Summary

This study is testing a new safety tool for cancer patients on chemotherapy. Patients wear a wristband with a QR code. If they go to the emergency room, doctors can scan the code and quickly fill out a checklist about possible serious side effects. The goal is to see if this helps alert the cancer team faster and improves communication between ER and oncology doctors.
