First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 25 times

Summary

This study tests whether giving intensive chemotherapy along with early and strong doses of the targeted drug rituximab can improve outcomes for children and teens with aggressive B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma. About 87 participants will receive this combination, and researchers will compare their event-free survival and overall survival to results from an earlier study. The goal is to find a more effective treatment for this serious cancer.
