Summary
This study tests whether ChatGPT can act as a job coach for adults with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Thirty motivated adults aged 18-45 will use ChatGPT for one week to practice job applications, interviews, and workplace social skills. The goal is to see if the AI tool improves their interview performance and confidence.
