Summary
This study tests a chatbot called 'Pneumonia Care Helper' to see if it helps caregivers of elderly pneumonia patients learn more than traditional paper handouts. About 150 caregivers will use either the chatbot or paper instructions for 5 days. The goal is to see if the chatbot improves their knowledge, attitudes, and caregiving skills.
