NCT ID NCT07472582

First seen Mar 18, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 5 times

Summary

This study tests whether a chatbot can help men who have sex with men in Hong Kong reduce chemsex (using drugs before or during sex) and related HIV risks. About 100 men will be split into two groups: one gets weekly videos on chemsex harm reduction, and the other gets those videos plus a chatbot that delivers personalized advice over 12 weeks. Researchers will check if the chatbot group reports less chemsex after 3 and 6 months.
