Summary

This study is testing a 10-day messaging and chatbot program called ChatACP. It aims to help family members of frail nursing home residents feel more prepared to talk about and plan for their loved one's future medical and personal care wishes. Researchers will compare the chatbot program to standard educational materials to see which is more helpful and easier to use.
