Summary
This study tested whether offering a choice-based approach (choice architecture) helps more at-risk relatives get genetic testing for hereditary cancer compared to usual care. It involved 108 adults with a known cancer gene mutation. The goal was to see if this method increases testing rates and improves family communication about results.
