Summary
This study tests a virtual program that combines cognitive training and health coaching for stroke survivors and their biological family members. The goal is to see if it's feasible to reduce vascular risk and promote brain health in both groups. Forty participants will be enrolled to assess the program's practicality and initial effects on risk factors.
