Summary
This study tests whether a natural vaginal gel (CH2) can help women with mild cervical cell changes (CIN1) and high-risk HPV clear the infection faster. About 50 women will use either the gel or a placebo for several months. The goal is to see if the gel improves regression of CIN1 and HPV clearance compared to observation alone.
