Summary
This study is testing whether a vaginal gel containing probiotics and plant extracts can help the body clear high-risk HPV infections and reverse early pre-cancerous cervical cell changes (CIN1). It will compare the gel against a placebo in 50 participants over six months. The goal is to see if improving the vaginal environment helps control the infection and related cell changes.
