Summary
This study tested a program to help people with prediabetes prevent it from turning into type 2 diabetes. It involved 30 community health workers who wore a continuous glucose monitor (CGM) to track their blood sugar. For part of the study, they also watched daily health education videos on their phones to see if this combination helped them better manage their glucose levels.
