NCT ID NCT07423065

First seen Feb 23, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 11 times

Summary

This study looks at whether wearing a continuous glucose monitor (CGM) that shows real-time blood sugar levels can help people with prediabetes and obesity change their eating habits, reduce blood sugar swings, and lose weight. About 34 adults will try both an open (visible data) and a blinded (hidden data) CGM to compare effects. The goal is to see if seeing your glucose in real time leads to better health choices.
