Could a simple sensor replace a difficult lab test for new moms?
NCT ID NCT07034261
Summary
This study is testing if a small, wearable glucose monitor worn for two weeks after pregnancy can predict a woman's risk of developing diabetes. It aims to provide an easier alternative to the standard lab test, which many new mothers find hard to complete. The research involves 50 women who had diabetes during pregnancy (gestational diabetes).
