NCT ID NCT07542795

First seen May 01, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study tests whether placing a Concentrated Growth Factor (CGF) plug—made from the patient's own blood—into the empty tooth socket after a simple extraction can reduce pain and help preserve bone density. Ten healthy adults aged 20–50 who need a single tooth pulled will take part. Pain is tracked for a week, and bone healing is checked with a 3D scan at 3 months.
