Summary
This study looked at 27 children aged 6 to 11 with cystic fibrosis to see if a treatment called CFTR modulators (KAFTRIO) improves their nose and sinus symptoms and overall quality of life. The researchers measured symptoms before and one year after starting the drug using a special questionnaire. The goal is to find out if this treatment helps with symptoms beyond just the lungs.
