New pill takes on hard-to-treat blood cancers in early human test

Summary
This study is testing an experimental pill called CFT7455 in people with Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma or multiple myeloma whose cancer has returned or is no longer helped by standard treatments. The main goals are to check the drug's safety and find the best dose. About 224 adults will take part, and some with multiple myeloma may also receive a steroid called dexamethasone.
