This early-stage study is testing an experimental oral drug called CFT7455 in about 224 adults with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma or multiple myeloma that has returned or stopped responding to standard treatments. The main goals are to check the drug's safety, find the best dose, and see if it can shrink tumors. Some participants with multiple myeloma may also receive the drug combined with dexamethasone.
