New drug tested for Tough-to-Treat cancers

Summary
This study tested a new drug, CFT1946, for people with advanced solid tumors that have a specific genetic change called BRAF V600. The main goals were to find a safe dose and see if the drug, given alone or with other medications, could help control the cancer. It involved 89 adults whose cancer had worsened after standard treatments.
