NCT ID NCT05982795
Summary
This study aims to understand how a specific therapy for cystic fibrosis affects sinus health. Researchers will compare adults with CF who are on the therapy to those who are not, tracking bacteria, inflammation, sense of smell, and quality of life over two years. Participants will provide nasal samples, take smell tests, and complete surveys, but they will not receive any new treatment as part of this research.
