First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 26 times

Summary

This study looks at whether adults with cystic fibrosis (CF) who are taking a highly effective new medication can safely stop their usual nasal treatments, like saltwater rinses and steroid sprays. Researchers will check sinus health, lung function, and quality of life over time. The goal is to find out if these extra treatments are still needed.
