Summary

This observational study looks at how a cystic fibrosis therapy (CFTR modulator) affects the nose and sinuses. Researchers will compare bacteria, inflammation, sense of smell, and quality of life between adults with CF who are on the therapy and those who are not. Participants provide nose samples, take smell tests, and fill out surveys.
