CF wonder Drug's hidden side effects under the microscope

NCT ID NCT07363304

Summary

This study aims to understand the broader effects of a powerful cystic fibrosis (CF) drug combination called ETI. Researchers will follow 150 people with CF, including children, who are starting this therapy. They will check how the drug changes metabolism, gut bacteria, and gene activity, and see if these changes link to the drug's levels in the blood.
