First seen Apr 06, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 3 times
Summary
This study tests whether adding cetuximab (a targeted therapy) to standard immunotherapy (pembrolizumab or finotonlimab) plus chemotherapy helps control advanced head and neck cancer better than immunotherapy plus chemo alone. About 316 adults aged 18-70 with recurrent or metastatic head and neck squamous cell carcinoma who have not had prior chemotherapy will participate. The main goal is to see how long the cancer stays under control.
