First seen Dec 04, 2025 · Last updated Apr 24, 2026 · Updated 21 times

Summary

This study tests whether combining two targeted drugs (cetuximab beta and fruquintinib) with or without immunotherapy can control advanced colorectal cancer without chemotherapy. About 70 people with a specific genetic type (RAS/BRAF wild-type) will receive the treatment as their first therapy. The goal is to see if this approach delays cancer growth and is safe enough to avoid harsh chemo side effects.
