NCT ID NCT07608874
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests two different stitching techniques for closing the uterus after a planned C-section. One method includes the inner lining of the uterus in the stitch, the other leaves it out. Researchers will use ultrasound 6 to 9 months later to see which method leads to fewer scar defects. About 374 women having an elective C-section will take part.
