First seen Apr 02, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 9 times

Summary

This study tested a new treatment plan for people with stage IB2 to IVA cervical cancer. It combined radiation and two chemotherapy drugs (gemcitabine and cisplatin), followed by more chemo with gemcitabine alone. The goal was to see if this sequence could improve how long patients lived without the cancer getting worse. The trial was stopped early and included 19 participants.
