Summary
This study is testing whether adding a new immunotherapy drug called cadonilimab to standard chemotherapy and radiation works better than standard treatment alone for women with locally advanced cervical cancer. It will involve 378 women who haven't had previous cancer treatment. The main goal is to see if this combination helps keep the cancer from growing or spreading for a longer time.
