Summary
This study aims to find the most effective way to screen women with HIV for cervical cancer in Cameroon. It compares a mobile team that brings screening to local clinics against the standard method of sending women to a central hospital. The goal is to see which approach helps more women complete all necessary screening steps to catch cancer early.
