One-Stop cancer screening tested to save lives of women with HIV
NCT ID NCT07177170
Summary
This study aims to find a better way to screen for and prevent cervical cancer in women living with HIV in Cameroon. It will test a simpler, 'single-visit' approach where testing and any needed treatment happen in one appointment, hoping to reduce the number of women who drop out of the multi-step process. The research will also check if a urine test can work as well as other sample types for the initial HPV screening.
