NCT ID NCT04226313
First seen Mar 30, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This study tests whether offering a self-sampling kit for HPV detection can increase cervical cancer screening among women who have not been screened in at least 3 years. About 15,000 women in the Czech Republic will be invited to collect their own sample at home. The goal is to find the best way to reach under-screened women and catch early signs of cervical cancer or pre-cancer.
