Summary

This study is a community-based program in Kenya that aims to improve cervical cancer prevention by screening adult women for HPV and vaccinating young girls. Researchers will enroll 300 more women and girls to learn how well self-collected HPV tests work compared to standard visual exams, especially in women with HIV. They will also ask participants about their experiences to identify what helps or hinders screening and vaccination. The goal is to gather data to build a better, more accessible prevention program.
