First seen Dec 08, 2025 · Last updated May 09, 2026 · Updated 15 times
Summary
This study takes small tissue samples (biopsies) from 24 women with cervical cancer and grows them into mini-tumors called organoids in the lab. These organoids act like avatars to test which drugs work best for each patient, aiming to avoid unnecessary radiation and reduce side effects. The goal is to learn how to personalize treatment and improve quality of life.
