New Screw-In cage aims to fix neck Surgery's weak spots
NCT ID NCT07430163
Summary
This study compares two types of cages used in a common neck surgery for worn-out spinal discs. Researchers want to see if a newer cage design with built-in screws provides better stability and bone healing than the traditional cage. They will follow 40 patients for one year, measuring how well the bones fuse together and whether patients have less pain and better neck function.
