Brain zapping gadget aims to soothe stressed caregivers

Summary

This study tests a non-invasive brain relaxation method called Cereset in 20 caregivers of people with dementia. Participants will attend up to three 60-minute sessions per week for 4 weeks. The goal is to see if it improves heart rate variability (a sign of stress) and reduces feelings of stress, anxiety, and insomnia.
