Brain levels of supplement ingredient measured in healthy volunteers

Summary
This study looks at how urolithin A, a compound from the supplement Mitopure®, moves into the fluid around the brain. Forty healthy adults aged 18-45 will take the supplement, and researchers will measure its levels in their spinal fluid at different times. The goal is simply to understand how much reaches the brain, not to treat any disease.
