Researchers map how body awareness affects daily life in kids with cerebral palsy

NCT ID NCT07347483

Summary

This study aimed to understand how well children with cerebral palsy can sense their trunk position and control their core muscles. Researchers measured 78 children aged 6-12 to see if there were differences between those with one-sided or two-sided muscle tightness. They also looked at how trunk awareness and control relate to the children's ability to perform daily activities independently.
