This study tests a new treatment called Cerebraca Wafer for people with recurrent glioblastoma, a serious brain cancer. The wafer is placed in the brain during surgery and is followed by standard chemotherapy. The goal is to see if it helps people live longer and controls the disease better than chemotherapy alone. About 175 adults with first or second recurrence of glioblastoma will take part.
