Ginseng brain boost? new study tests attention in young adults

Summary
This study looks at whether a single dose of a supplement made from American Ginseng can improve attention and brain function in healthy young adults aged 18 to 40. Participants will take the supplement and then complete memory and thinking tests over 6 hours. Blood samples will also be taken to see how the supplement affects the body.
