Summary
This study follows 1,000 children under 18 who have surgery for a brain tumor in the back part of the skull. Up to 1 in 4 of these children develop a condition called Cerebellar Mutism Syndrome, where they lose the ability to speak or move normally. Researchers want to understand why this happens and how to treat it better.
