Summary

This study tested a ceramide-based foot cream to see if it could reduce dryness and water loss in the feet of people with non-insulin dependent diabetes. Ten adults with moderate to severe foot dryness applied the cream twice daily for two weeks. The goal was to improve skin hydration and comfort.
