Summary
This study tested whether a special T-shirt with printed ceramic particles could help people with chronic neck or lower back pain. The shirt is designed to use the wearer's own body heat to emit far-infrared radiation, which may relax muscles and reduce pain. Researchers measured changes in pain, quality of life, and comfort in 50 adults who wore the shirt.
